Founded in 2017, The Durham Distillery is the region’s only craft distillery and is unwavering dedicated to creating finely crafted, great-tasting spirits.
The Distillery is devoted to producing top-quality, handcrafted products using local ingredients, ideally sourced from within 100 km of its production site. This approach not only means a spirit's lineage and quality can be traced throughout every step, but it can also be tasted in every bottle.
Durham Distillery is poised to become the leader of Canadian whisky.
The Opportunity
“We’re now ready to take Durham Distillery to the next level. Our next stage will focus on expanding and enhancing our customer onsite experience and meeting the demand for our award-winning spirits and the growing, unmet need for craft whisky.
Our plan includes an outdoor patio for our firehall flagship location, offering masterfully crafted cocktails highlighting our locally made spirits, and tastefully accentuating our retail and production facilities to attract even greater customer interest.
We will also expand production capacity and lay down more barrels, ultimately allowing us to meet the demand of our ever-growing community of loyal customers for our fine, premium spirits.
Because of our dedication to local businesses, your support would go beyond expanding our distillery. It would grow the community, strengthen local agriculture, and create a space for customers to experience the spirit of Durham.
