We are an early-stage fast-food automation business specializing in the design and manufacturing of fast-food automation starting with an automatic hamburger griddle. Thomas Braun | Co-founder & CEO
Our Co-Founder/Director/Inventor/CEO is Thomas Braun who has over twenty years of experience as an officer and director of venture companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTCQX. He has led over $27 million in capital fundraising, established an ISO certified manufacturing facility, and holds patents issued in the US, Germany and China. He has experience listing companies for trading including IPOs and reverse mergers. Thomas holds a BA from Western University, a JD from UBC, an LLM in International Business Transactions from the University of San Francisco and is a licensed lawyer in BC and California.
Emmeline Braun | Co-founder & CFO
Our Co-founder/CFO Emmeline Braun is a professional specializing in investor relations and media consulting, with a focus on media awareness campaigns and crowdfunding. With a BA in English and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from UBC Sauder, and experience as the CFO of a publicly traded company, Emmeline combines financial expertise with a keen understanding of investor dynamics to create impactful relationships between companies and their stakeholders.
