Razzall
About Razzall
Razzall is the world's first crowd purchasing platform and offers a legal solution for the above market demand. With Razzall, individuals can crowd purchase Razz spots for high-demand items such as sports cards and memorabilia, as well as electronics and vacations.
Razzall is safe, fun, easy and transparent, which is not always the case with private social media groups that exemplify demand for the crowd purchasing model. Razzall has trademarked the system for crowd purchasing, along with crowd purchasing itself.
Joe Rubini, Founder & President
Prior to founding Razzall in 2018, Joe had successfully built Rally Logistics as their President and founding partner. Rally Logistics is a third-party logistics provider specializing in perishables, servicing the United States and Canada, and currently operating in two provinces with three offices. Joe started Rally in 2008 with a staff of three and taking it to a team of over twenty and sales that are almost six times greater than when Rally was founded.
The Campaign
As an avid sports collector, Founder and President Joe Rubini built up an assortment of cards and collectibles in online raffles through private social media groups. He realized there was significant demand for high-value items like sports memorabilia, event tickets and electronics, but limited access due to the associated high prices.
With Facebook cracking down on private online gaming groups, Razzall was born to offer crowd purchasing to the masses through an independent, legal and verified E-commerce platform.
Razzall launched an Equity Crowdfunding campaign on Equivesto in order to raise capital for growth as the events marketspace reopened across North America following pandemic restrictions. By mid-June when the campaign came to a close, Razzall had raised over 127.17% of their target funding goal of $100,000.
