Investors

• 100% free for Investors – outside the cost of their actual investment, there are no fees at any time for investors (note, the amount of money received by the company is reduced by Equivesto’s fees, but this does not impact the number of shares/units bought by the investor).

When do I pay?

The non-refundable Application Fee is due before the application review begins. However, before we ask you to pay anything, we will take the time to speak with you to confirm your company is a good fit for Equivesto. If it turns out that your company is not at the right stage for Equivesto, you will not be charged the Application Fee. Any additional charges for optional services will be due when we mutually agree to the services being provided. Once you have successfully completed your campaign, we will release your funds, less the agreed upon Brokerage Fee.

How do I pay our application fee and any optional service fees?

After either submitting your application or agreeing upon an optional service, we will send an invoice to you, which you can pay via:

• Electronic funds transfer

• Wire transfer

• Email transfer

Are Equivesto’s fees competitive with the industry?

Yes. Both the Application Fee, Transaction Fee, and the Brokerage Fee that Equivesto charges are lower than current market rates. Check out our pricing here.
